Carson Wentz and the Washington Commanders offense got eaten alive yesterday by the Philadelphia Eagles’ defensive line. 

Jonathan Gannon and the Eagles defense dominated the Commanders offensive line yesterday, putting up a nine-sack masterclass in their 24-8 victory.

The Eagles entered yesterday’s matchup with just three sacks over their first two games.

Yesterday, their nine sacks against the Commanders were the most in the NFL this year and fourth-most in Eagles history, two shy of the franchise record 11 sacks against Dallas in the 1991 season.
