Fake Outrage: Jason Peters calling Eagles fans f**kin idiots, nasty, and the wildest fans in the NFL

Jason Peters spoke with the Dallas media today ahead of this weekends Cowboys, Eagles game on Sunday Night Football in South Philadelphia.
Jason Peters on Cowboys, Eagles Rivalry
“I just know Philly fans are f**kin idiots when it comes to the camaraderie and the Cowboys, any team, really. … They know that. They pride themselves on being nasty. Philly fans are the wildest fans out there.”
Everyone take a deep breath. When you read that, it doesn’t sound very good but tone and context is everything. How many times have you called your friends fucking idiots or told them they were nasty?
I literally tell everyone at The Liberty Line AT LEAST five times a day how dumb they are. Everyone on Twitter? Most of them are the dumbest people I have ever encountered on social media.
Point being, regardless of the context, I don’t really take this as an insult, but really as a badge of honor. Jason Peters isn’t a moron. He spent the majority of his career in Philadelphia and won a Super Bowl here. He knows exactly what he’s saying and the reaction he would get from Eagles fans.
Plus, we are all fucking idiots because of the camaraderie with share together surrounding the Philadelphia Eagles. He’s not wrong in the slightest.
I’m genuinely confused at people upset because that sounds pretty fucking cool to me.
As a city that’s currently living through a Philly Sports Renaissance, I’m not going to let washed up Jason Peters get me down. How about we just say thank you and move on?
None of the above even considers that the Cowboys stand no chance on Sunday Night.
The Eagles will be up for the game, the fans will be going absolutely ballistic, and hell, we may have even wrapped up a trip to the NLCS by then if the Phillies can notch two more wins against the Atlanta Braves by Sunday.
Cooper Rush? Really? In our house? Give me a fucking break already.
