AJ Brown drug-tested by NFL after monstrous 3 TD game vs. Steelers

Eagles WR AJ Brown set new career-highs across the board in Philadelphia’s Week 8 win over Pittsburgh.

Brown caught TD passes of 39, 27, and 29 yards in the first half, becoming the first player since 2004 to record 3 TDs of 25+ yards. His 156 receiving yards set a new career-high — and apparently, Brown’s dominant performance raised some red flags within the league.

According to AJ Brown on Twitter, the league has scheduled a “random” drug test for the Eagles’ wideout to ensure it was strictly his talent on display during Sunday’s game.

This isn’t the first time an NFL player has been tested following a great game, but it’s still hysterical. What they should be doing is testing the mental stability of Minkah Fitzpatrick after getting abused all day.

AJ Brown has 39 catches for 659 yards on the year, more yards than all Titans’ receivers combined.
