PA Senator Pat Toomey paid off a World Series bet with Texas Senator Ted Cruz by delivering a cart full of Yuengling, Yards, and Wawa Pretzels in a Jose Altuve jersey

Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey followed through on a World Series bet by delivering a cart full of Yards, Yuengling, and soft pretzels from Wawa while wearing a disgusting Jose Altuve jersey to Texas Senator Ted Cruz.
Don’t even start with political talk. I have no idea who Pat Toomey is outside of annoying political commercials in PA during election season or what Ted Cruz does down in Texas, nor do I care.
All politicians stink. Period. However, it is good to see that bets are being honored. This could very well be the first promise kept by any politician over the last decade.
Pat Toomey Loses Bet to Ted Cruz
During the Houston Astros World Series parade, Cruz rode with the team on the floats, and to say the least, the city of Houston did not welcome him with open arms. Astros fans booed Teddy and threw a beer can at him, hitting him right in the old noggin.
Can anyone explain to me why the Houston Astros have politicians riding in military vehicles during a World Series parade?
That seems bizarre. No one kills a good party more than a slimeball politician. Then again, when it’s a Houston Astros parade, the entire event is already ruined.
