LIGHT THE BEAM! The Sacramento Kings have the best postgame victory tradition in all of sports and it’s not even close

The Sacramento Kings are a poverty franchise in the NBA and haven’t made the playoffs in 16 years. However this season, that appears to be changing for the better.
The Kings are now 8-6 after last night’s 130-112 win over the San Antonio Spurs last night. It’s not a “headlines” record by any means, especially with how early we are into the 2022-23 NBA season. An 8-6 record is only good for 8th place in the Western Conference. They have won five straight games and moved to 8-2 over their last 10 games after last night’s victory.
So why in the world is a Philadelphia sports website writing about the Sacramento Kings?
The Sacramento Kings have a Victory Laser Beam, obviously.
LIGHT. THE. BEAM.
Look at this beautiful laser shine.
The 76ers’ Bell Ringer Needs An Upgrade Before It’s Too Late
The victory laser beam is one of the coolest post game rituals in all of sports. You can forget about the 76ers ringing a small little bell in the locker room. That’s basically laughable at this point.
If the Sixers were smart, they would change course and put a gigantic Liberty Bell on top of the Wells Fargo Center and a bunch of gigantic loud speakers and ring that bell so it echos the entire way down Broad Street the whole way to Bensalem.
The Liberty Bell is such a staple to the city of Philadelphia, obviously and if we had one ringing after every sports victory in South Philly throughout the entire city, that’d be the greatest thing ever.
It may also be the sports world’s only hope to overtake the beam they have in Sacramento.
