AJ Brown was so sick last week he lost 7 pounds and popped a blood vessel in his eye from puking so much
AJ Brown spoke to reporters in the Eagles’ locker room following last night’s win against the Green Bay Packers.
Brown was on the injury report for an illness ahead of last night’s game against the Green Bay Packers. When speaking with reporters late last week, he said he was “about a 3” out of 10 heading into the weekend. Even while being sick, Brown had four receptions for 46 yards and a touchdown last night as the Eagles took down Aaron Rodgers and the Packers 40-33.Â
After the game, he spoke with reporters and told them just how bad things were for him over the last week. Brown lost roughly SEVEN POUNDS this week and literally popped a blood vessel in his eye because he was throwing up so much.Â

Something has clearly been bothering AJ Brown over the last few weeks. At least in regards to last night, it’s safe to say we have a reason why he hasn’t quite been himself lately.
On the year, Brown leads the Eagles with 53 catches for 831 yards and seven touchdowns. Hopefully he can get some extra rest this week ahead of next week’s matchup against the Tennessee Titans.Â
