Well here’s a quick news update from the sports gambling and NFL world. There is a video floating around social media allegedly showing Drew Brees getting struck by lightning while filming a PointsBet commercial.
Drew Brees Struck by Lightning…?
Following the incident, the official PointsBet Twitter account released the following statement.
Okay so I really shouldn’t even have to make this statement but since the majority of people on the internet are dumb as rocks, this is obviously fake. It’s so fake I feel like a total moron even writing it out, but hey, apparently it worked in marketing PointsBet because everyone is talking about it this morning and now we have a post up on The Liberty Line about it.
You don’t have to listen to me though, check out this guy who “knows lightning”
