Joel Embiid Named Eastern Conference Player of the Week

76ers star Joel Embiid has been named Eastern Conference Player of the Week after three dominant games, leading the Sixers to a 2-1 record.
Along with Embiid, Zion Williamson has been named the Western Conference Player of the Week after leading the Pelicans to a 3-0 record and some major beef with the Phoenix Suns. This is the second time this season and ninth time in his career that Embiid has won the award.

Joel Embiid averaged 43.3 points over the last three games, along with 10.3 rebounds, while shooting 63.9% from the field. Two of the last three games were wins for the Sixers, as Embiid dominated both the Hornets and Lakers.
