Roster Moves: Dallas Goedert activated to 53-man roster ahead of the Eagles’ Christmas Eve matchup against the Cowboys

The Philadelphia Eagles have officially activated Dallas Goedert to the 53-man roster ahead of their Christmas Eve battle against the Dallas Cowboys.
Dallas Goedert Activated to 53-Man Roster
Goedert has missed the last five weeks after hitting the IR with a shoulder injury that he suffered in the Eagles’ only loss of the season against the Washington Commanders.
In nine games this season, Goedert has tallied 43 catches for 544 yards and three touchdowns. Goedert returning couldn’t come at a better time for the Eagles, who will almost certainly be without Jalen Hurts on Sunday.
Gardner Minshew will get the start for the Eagles in Dallas and already has one good game with Goedert under his belt. Minshew and Goedert connected on six catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns against the New York Jets last season.
The Philadelphia Eagles are just one win away from clinching the No. 1 seed in the NFC and a first round bye in the playoffs. It would be icing on the cake if Minshew Mania did it under center in Dallas on Christmas Eve.
