WATCH: Justin Fields gives a very suspect answer when explaining the “dirty hit” from Ndamukong Suh in Week 15

Chicago quarterback Justin Fields earned the respect of a lot of Eagles fans this past Sunday.
The second-year signal caller racked up 247 totals yards and two touchdowns against the Birds’ defense. Despite having a terrible offensive line in front of him, Fields still put on a show with his legs.
Fields was running for his life all game thanks to the Eagles pass rush. But to his credit, he managed to escape the pressure on more than one occasion. One of those instances came in the first half, when Fields scrambled to his left and slid down right before reaching the first down marker. Upon sliding, Ndamukong Suh gave Fields a little love tap on the side of his helmet.
Justin Fields was clearly not happy about the no-call.
When asked about the play during his Tuesday press conference, the Bears QB shared a very suspect explanation of what happened on the play.
Justin Fields: “I just felt a 300 pound guy come on my back.”
“I felt like I was down and I just felt a 300 pound guy, you know, come on my back. Whoa… pause.”
You liked it, didn’t you, Mr. Fields. I see that look in your eye. It’s okay, there’s absolutely no judgement here!
All jokes aside, at least he acknowledged that sexual innuendo, unlike some commentators in the sports business. Every week we’re subject to horny m’fers like Chris Collinsworth and Troy Aikman using sexual terms in the booth with absolutely no regard for the kids watching at home.
I’m fully convinced these guys know damn well what they’re doing.
