Injury Update: Joel Embiid has already been ruled out for tomorrow’s game against the Chicago Bulls

Joel Embiid has been officially ruled out for tomorrow’s game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Chicago Bulls.
Embiid, who missed last night’s win against the Indiana Pacers, will remain out with left foot soreness.

Pretty interesting. Embiid has never really handled injuries like this before and the fact that he’s already ruled out could raise some concerns that the Sixers are staying hush about the severity of the injury. Still, I wouldn’t read too much into it. Like Kyle said, it’s the middle of January and there’s absolutely no reason to rush Embiid back if something that doesn’t feel right.
Embiid is averaging a career-high 33.5 points, 9.8 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.7 blocks, and 1.2 steals in 28 games this season.
For the Chicago Bulls, Lonzo Ball (left knee surgery) is out. Alex Caruso (right ankle sprain) and Javonte Green (right knee soreness) are questionable.
