Bet on these NBA Hot Hands

CJ McCollum — over 32.5 points + assists

McCollum has carried the load for New Orleans since Zion went down, covering this line in four straight games while averaging 34 PAs. Detroit is allowing the most points and second most assists to opposing PGs over the last seven games — combine that with CJ averaging 20+ shot attempts per game, and he has a good chance to hit this mark tonight.

Stephen Curry — over 27.5 points

To put it nicely, the Spurs can’t stop a nosebleed on defense. They rank dead last in points allowed, FG% allowed, and 3PT% allowed. They’re 28th in defending point guards — I’d be shocked if Steph didn’t drop 35+ tonight. In his first game back, Curry scored 24 in 30 minutes on 8/22 shooting. Look for him to take advantage of a poor defense tonight.

Nikola Vucevic — over 35.5 points + rebounds + assists

Demar Derozan is doubtful, which should increase Vucevic’s usage. OKC is on the second game of a back-to-back following last night’s win over Philadelphia, and they routinely get abused by centers, allowing the second most rebounds. Vucevic has cleared this line in six of his last seven games against the Thunder.

Tre Jones — over 25.5 points + rebounds + assists

Jones has hit this mark in seven straight games without Devin Vassell, who’s ruled out with a knee injury. Golden State ranks 26th in points allowed and 25th in rebounds allowed; there should ample opportunity for Jones to fill the stat sheet.

Eric Gordon — over 13.5 points

Kevin Porter Jr. is out tonight, which should put Gordon in a good spot for volume. Sacramento is 25th in the NBA in points allowed, and 28th in FG% allowed. In his lone game without KPJ this season, Gordon dropped 24 points. He scored 19 against the Kings back in January; I expect a similar performance tonight.
