Flyers Rumors: New uniforms may be coming 2023/24 season

A rumor has been circulating throughout Twitter that the Philadelphia Flyers are going to change their home and away jerseys for the first time in over a decade.
Flyers may get new road and home uniforms in 2023/24
Have been hearing that the @NHLFlyers will have new Home and Away jerseys next season. #FueledByPhilly

Now I’m not entirely sure how trustworthy @GTAC13JERSEYS is as a source, but they are claiming they have an anonymous source that is higher up on the Flyers’ organizational ladder.
It’s interesting to note that if they are correct it won’t be any of the previous Reverse Retro designs and hopefully they bring back a throwback fan favorite.
I can confirm that the current Flyers logo is here to stay, and that the new jerseys will not have the same design as either the Reverse Retro 1.0 or 2.0 do. #FueledbyPhilly https://t.co/pJqKuHTjrh

With Adidas not returning as the official jersey of the NHL, the possibilities of what can happen are endless. Will the classic black jerseys finally return just in time for Cutter to don #19? It’s hard not to get excited about that. Although the source himself here says, the current black alternates might stay.
The person who told me this information also told me that the Alternate is staying.

I will say I have no issue with the current design and actually think it’s one of the more classic sweaters in the league. I’m open to the idea of changing. Let’s just hope they do it justice, though.
