Preview: Kings visit Flyers looking for revenge

The Los Angeles Kings (26-17-6) come to visit the Philadelphia Flyers (20-21-7) who are 2-2 in their last 4 games.
Carter Hart will get the start in net tonight for Philadelphia. Hart is 14-14-6 on the season with a 2.94 GAA and a .909 SV%.
Hart’s last start came in Detroit, where he saved 30 of 31 shots and made a game-saving play to secure the win for the Flyers.
He’ll go up against a team in the Kings tonight that are 3rd in the Pacific…but the Flyers (Ersson started) have beaten them before.
December 31st in Los Angeles, the Flyers won 4-2 and I could see them pulling off the same type of win they did then. Ersson was fantastic and made the big saves when asked, and the Flyers cashed in on chances (only had 23 shots the entire game).
Flyers Lineup
Farabee – Cates – Konecny
JVR – Frost – Tippett
Hayes – Laughton – Allison
Deslaurier – Brown – MacEwen
Provorov – York
Sanheim – DeAngelo
Seeler – Ristolainen
Hart
Personally, I think Morgan Frost is going to have a good game and show up somewhere on the scoresheet. If you like to bet, this is me saying throw some money on Frost points or goal/assist…if you’re feeling spicy.
Let’s Talk York
Cam York is a guy you look at and just can’t deny how smooth he is, how fast he can gather a puck under pressure, make a move and get it out of his own zone.
He’s noticeable every game.
He might not be showing up on the scoresheet (0G-5A in last 12 games) but the defensive work has improved, the willingness to jump up on the play has showed up more and more with each passing game.

I sit and look at York and wait until he has his “I’m here” moment in the NHL.
If only the Flyers come to their senses and let York run PP1 over Tony DeAngelo.
Prediction: 4-2 Kings
