Zach LaVine: “Embiid should have won [MVP] already”

“I think he should have won already…I think Embiid has it wrapped up this year. He’s that good.” – Zach Lavine
The Sixers fell to the Bulls on Monday night in double overtime by a final score of 109-105. The loss certainly wasn’t on Embiid, as the center finished the game with 37 points, 16 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and three blocks while being a +8 on the night.
Embiid is now averaging a league-leading 33.6 points per game, along with 10.3 rebounds on 55/35/86 shooting splits. He’s currently the betting favorite on all sports books and has been getting much praise from players around the league, including Andre Drummond, Draymond Green, and more.
The Sixers take on Zach LaVine and the Bulls once again tonight at 8PM, then kick off a rough road trip vs. the Warriors, Suns, Nuggets, before returning home to face the Mavericks. With just 11 games left in the regular season, the Sixers sit just three games back of the Milwaukee Bucks for the 1-seed in the Eastern Conference.
