Preview: Phillies, Zack Wheeler look to even series vs. Texas Rangers at 4:05 EST

Following a rough Opening Day loss on Thursday afternoon, the Philadelphia Phillies look to even the series against the Texas Rangers today at 4:05PM.

The Phillies’ bats got rolling early on Thursday, but a rough fourth inning from Aaron Nola and Gregory Soto led to the Rangers putting up nine runs, the most allowed by the Phillies on one Opening Day inning since 1900.

The bats attempted to crawl back, but it wasn’t enough, as the Fightins fell to 0-1 on the season.
