Sixers come up short in Milwaukee, lose to the Bucks 117-104

The Philadelphia 76ers lost to the Milwaukee Bucks on the road last night 117-104.
The Milwaukee Bucks were red hot to start the game last night, connecting on 10-of-11 shots to begin the game. They shot nearly 70% from the floor in the first quarter and jumped out to an 18-point lead in the opening frame.
The Sixers did fight their way back into the game but fell short as the Bucks ended the night with a 117-104 point victory led by Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 33 point effort to go along with 14 rebounds and six assists.
Tyrese Maxey led the way for Philadelphia, scoring 29 points, connecting on 6-of-7 shots from beyond the arc.
Embiid finished with 29 points, nine rebounds, and five assists in the loss, while only two other players scored in double digits for the Sixers on the night.

James Harden, who only attempted nine shots, scored 11 points with two rebounds and six assists while turning the ball over five times. Danuel House Jr scored 10 points in nine minutes of action.
Next Up for the Sixers
With the loss, the Sixers fell to 51-27 on the season and are now five games behind the East-leading Bucks. They are three games behind Boston in second and will face the Celtics tomorrow night at The Well.
Following the Celtics, the Sixers will remain home to face the Miami Heat on April 6th, before hitting the road for the final two games of the regular season against the Hawks on Friday, April 7th and the Nets on Sunday, April 9th.
