The Philadelphia 76ers first round playoff matchup is officially set.
The Sixers will face the Brooklyn Nets in the first round of the 2022-23 NBA Playoffs. The Nets finished in sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings, which was made official after the Miami Heat lost to the Washington Wizards 114-108 on Friday night. With the loss, the Heat are now locked into the play-in tournament.

The Philadelphia 76ers have one final game of the 2022-23 regular season at 1PM today in Brooklyn against the Nets.
The Sixers faced the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night without Joel Embiid, James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris, PJ Tucker, or De’Anthony Melton playing.
The Hawks, who were fighting for play-in tournament position, fell in overtime 136-131 to what was basically the G League Sixers.
Fresh off of winning the G League Championship on Thursday night, Jaden Springer and Mac McClung helped rally the Sixers from a 15-point deficit to defeat the Hawks in overtime.
Jalen McDaniels scored 24 points with 11 rebounds, while Georges Niang scored 24 points while connecting on five three pointers. Jaden Springer had a career-high 19 points, Danuel House Jr scored 22 points, and Montrezl Harrell added 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Paul Reed scored 10 points with eight rebounds while Shake Milton scored 15 points with a career-high 16 assists.
