James Harden vs. the Philadelphia 76ers and Daryl Morey continues and this morning it has taken the most dramatic turn for the worst possible.

During an Adidas press tour event in China, Harden was asked a question from a fan:

Question: “What do you think about the current team claiming to end trade talks and trying to bring you back to the team?”

Answer: “Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of. Let me say that again: Daryl Morey is a liar and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of.”

Okay lets me clear about something. Daryl Morey isn’t a liar. Nobody wanted to trade for James Harden. I hate to sound like a “Karen” but let’s be honest, Harden is acting like a huge baby and this is completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing on his part.

It looks like he’s speaking to a bunch of kids? 

This is a guy in his mid-30’s saying this to a bunch of kids that went out to see James Harden because he plays basketball. Coincidentally, the same basketball is refusing to play basketball after signing opting in to his $35.6 million player option. 

Sorry you didn’t get traded or re-signed to a long term contract, James. Unfortunately, not a single team wanted to give you the money and contract length that you wanted because, well, you’re not worth it anymore. 

That’s just the truth. You can go around and make public appearances and cry all you want. Nobody should care what you have to say anymore and on top of never winning a championship, we can add this to list of failures for your professional career. 

While this is definitely shocking, I assure you, no one in the city of Philadelphia is surprised by Harden or the way the franchise completely mishandled this entire situation.

To the Sixers and Daryl Morey, please let us guy sit out all season. He deserves nothing more.
