Zach Bryan arrested in Vinita, Oklahoma while roadtripping to Foxboro for the Philadelphia Eagles vs New England Patriots game

Zach Bryan was arrested in Vinita, Oklahoma on Thursday night for an “obstruction of investigation” charge and ultimately posted bond out of the Craig County Jail nearly an hour and a half after being booked.
TMZ obtained Bryan’s mugshot from the Craig County Jail and much like everything that the good ol’ son does, it was one of the best possible outcome for the rock ringer who continues to dominate the charts with pretty much every song on his latest self-titled album.
Take a look at this beauty…
Zach Bryan Mugshot from the Craig County Jail in Oklahoma
Before we dive into the latest from Zach Bryan, I guess we should talk ticket prices for his upcoming tour or at the very least, not talk about it and tell everyone to shut up, right?
I will admit I have no idea what I’m talking about in terms of Bryan’s upcoming tour and the price of tickets, which apparently, are ridiculously high? Zero time for that. Not my problem and I’m sure it’s not really Zach Bryan’s either.
Best to just get over it, good ol’ sons. Everything is priced through the roof and resellers are out there charging your first born to attend literally anything.
As for last night, Bryan was on his way from Oklahoma to Massachusetts to watch the Philadelphia Eagles play the New England Patriots on Sunday in a Week 1 NFL matchup. He then had an “incident” with Oklahoma Highway Patrol and according to Bryan, his emotions got the best of him and he was “out of line” with the way he spoke to police officers which is why he was eventually arrested.
Bryan posted an apology on his verified social media account Thursday night
“Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Emotions got the best of me and I was out of line in the things I said. I support law enforcement as much as anyone can, I was just frustrated in the moment, it was unlike me and I apologize,” the singer said.
“They brought me to jail, and there is a mug shot of me floating around. Prayers we can all move on from this and prayers people know I’m just trying the best I can, I love you guys and I am truly sorry to the officers.”
Earlier this morning, Bryan posted the video below explaining what happened with his arrest.
Note – Obstruction of Justice in Oklahoma is defined as:
“Any person who willfully delays or obstructs any public officer in the discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of his or her office, is guilty of a misdemeanor.”
Checks out. No harm, no foul in my book.
I’m sure Bryan was being an “asshole” and not treating the highway patrol with the type of “respect” warranted after being told to comply, but at the same time, I think it’s perfectly reasonable to not want to give out your address to pretty much anyone when you’re the biggest rockstar in America.

That t-shirt is probably the best thing I’ve ever made so buy one >>
Anyways, seems like Bryan should have been given the benefit of the doubt but what do I know.
Regardless, Bryan is a certified “highway boy” and if he’s driving across country to watch the Birds while also getting tossed in jail for defending his buddies then so be it.
