Julio Jones speaks on how much he has left: “I’m here to dominate”
During his first official day as an Eagle, Julio Jones spoke with the media about his decision to sign with Philadelphia.
While addressing reporters, the 34-year-old was asked about his current physical state and if he’s content with a lesser role at this stage of his career.
“My mindset is definitely to dominate. Don’t get it twisted. I’m here to dominate. But they have guys here who are already solidified, so wherever they need me to go and be, I’ll do that to the best of my ability.”
When asked about “what he has left,” Jones replied: “Have left? Just keep watching. Keep watching, and I’ll show you. We’ll revisit this question.”
“Philly is an amazing place,” Jones went on to say. “The people here, the fans here. Philly does a great job with their fan base.”

The Eagles have had notable red zone struggles this season, and Jones, at the very least, will provide a reliable target for Jalen Hurts. Jones had zero drops on 53 targets last season in Tampa Bay.
Before opting to sign the 7x Pro Bowler, Philadelphia worked out Marquez Callaway and Dezmon Patmon on Monday. Jones now joins forces with AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith as he looks to win his elusive ring with the defending NFC champions.
