Phillies Fans NLCS Game 3 Tickets

Phillies fans are buying up cheap tickets at Chase Field to prevent Arizona Diamondbacks fans from attending NLCS Game 3

Ahead of today’s NLCS Game 3 matchup between The Fightins and D-Backs at Chase Field in Arizona, Phillies fans are buying up as many cheap tickets as possible to prevent Diamondbacks fans from attending.

Zero Faith in the Diamondbacks or Bad Postseason Scheduling?

Tonight’s Game 3 first pitch will be at 5:00PM EST and if we’re being totally honest, the MLB pretty much screwed over the Diamondbacks with a 2PM start time out in Arizona.

If ticket prices indicate anything, Diamondbacks fans are not planning on showing up tonight regardless, with prices as low as $16 on marketplace apps like Seat Geek

Phillies Fans Already Playing Defense for NLCS Game 3

There’s a growing movement on social media this morning with Phillies fans are buying up as many empty seats as possible for Game 3 to keep D-Backs fans from attending Game 3.

An honorable effort from Phillies fans for sure, but again, the ticket prices indicate that D-Backs fans, paired with a horrible start time, already know this series is over.

Phans of Philly – NLCS Arizona Takeover

Not to mention, Phans of Philly is flying out HUNDREDS of fans to attend the games in Arizona.

Listen, the D-Backs are COOKED. The thought of rookie Brandon Pfaadt putting up a fight against the postseason killer Ranger Suarez in tonight’s game is at best, laughable.

From there, they have a bullpen game for NLCS Game 4? This is an unserious baseball team and if you’ve been paying attention, you would have known that already given the fact that Tommy Pham is batting in the 3-hole of their lineup…during the postseason.

NLCS Game 3 – Ranger Suarez vs Brandon Pfaadt

The D-Backs will send Brandon Pfaadt to the mound, opposing Ranger Suarez. Pfaadt has allowed three earned runs over seven innings in the postseason against the Milwaukee Brewers and the Los Angeles Dodgers.

In Game 1 of the NL Wild Series against the Brewers, Pfaadt coughed up three runs on seven hits in just 2.2 innings of work. In the NLDS, Pfaadt did pitch better, throwing 4.1 scoreless innings against a Dodgers team that looked completely lost on at the plate. He carried a 5.72 ERA in the regular season, with opponents hitting .282 with a .862 OPS.

As for Ranger, in case you didn’t know this already, he’s been one of the Phillies’ best pitchers in the postseason over the last two seasons. This year, Suarez is 1-0 with a 1.04 ERA in two starts. He is 3-0 with a 1.16 ERA and one save in seven career postseason appearances (five starts).
