WATCH: Kendrick Perkins destroys Tobias Harris, zero point performance in Game 6 against the New York Knicks

For the first time since the 2015 season, Tobias Harris failed to score a point in an NBA game.

Harris turned into a ghost in Game 6 after finally showing up against the Knicks in Game 5 and throughout the playoffs this season, paired with the past five years in Philadelphia has proven to be nothing short of failed expectations and a glaring lack of consistency for a player that was given a max contract.

It’s no secret that Harris getting a 5-year $180 million max contract from the Philadelphia 76ers ahead of the 2019 season crushed the team’s ability to properly construct a roster around Joel Embiid (and now Maxey) over the past five seasons.

That glaring mistake has finally come to an end, with Harris set to become a free agent this summer.

According to Bovada, the Detroit Pistons are listed as favorites to ‘Win the Tobias Harris Sweepstakes’

Not to be missed, outside of the NBA teams listed in the tweet, it appears Tobias Harris will receive a ton of interest from other basketball leagues around the world.

  • Shanghai Sharks: +1500
  • Qingdao Eagles: +2500
  • Beijing Ducks: +2500
  • Piratas De Quebradillas: +3000
  • Lebanon Leprechauns: +4000
  • Triplets: +5000
  • Saskatchewan Rattlers: +5000
  • Newfoundland Rogues: +5000

Anyways, Kendrick Perkins went viral for his comments made about Tobias Harris following last night’s Philadelphia 76ers Game 6 loss to the New York Knicks, eliminating them from the NBA Playoffs.

Kendrick Perkins shreds Tobias Harris following Game 6

Kendrick Perkins: “Tobias Harris, let him walk. I mean, damn. He asked them if they wanted something from Chick-fil-A before the game, the team told him yes and he came back with a bag full of napkins and straws. I mean he was just a no-show out there.”

Again, in a win-or-go-home Game 6 against the New York Knicks on Thursday, Harris went scoreless on 0-for-2 shooting despite playing 29 minutes. Perkins definitely wasn’t wrong in his criticism, the 76ers only lost Game 6 the game by three points (118-115), so the performance by Harris, who averaged 17.2 points a game during the regular season, was especially damaging.
