Shams: Bronny James declined over 10 workouts with NBA teams, will only consider Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Lakers

According to reports, Bronny James has declined over 10 workouts with NBA teams and is ONLY considering the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns. 

Shams Charania was on FanDuel TV yesterday and stated that Bronny is laser-focused on the Lakers and Suns. That of course, likely means his dad, LeBron James is also in focused on those two destinations this summer as he hits free agency. 

Shams also stated that the Suns are “rumored to be interested” in drafting Bronny with the No. 22 overall pick in attempt to lure LeBron to Phoenix this summer.

Bronny James has declined over 10 workouts with other teams and is only considering the Lakers and the Suns.

This entire situation is pretty weird. The fact that Bronny James thinks he can decline workouts while not even being considered as a Top 10 pick in the NBA Draft is bonkers.

Everyone is just targeting Bronny James to get LeBron to sign with them. I’m not sure how I would feel about that if I was Bronny, but apparently he doesn’t care if he’s declining workouts with other teams, right? 

Here I thought that Bronny James would want to workout for the Philadelphia 76ers and join his father in the city of Brotherly Love after LeBron James and Joel Embiid became inseparable best friends this summer at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris as members of Team USA.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case. What a horrible decision from the James family. Over the past month, I transformed into a LeBron James truther and actually wanted him to sign here in Philadelphia but like usual, my initial thoughts on him and Bronny were the correct ones. 

Now I have no choice but to add Bronny James to my official “Hate List” – which will be released in full at a later date. 

On top of that, if I’m Kevin Durant, I’m sending this video directly to the Phoenix Suns front office as reason number one why I want to be traded. There’s no shot KD wants to be a part of the LeBron and Bronny circus and honestly, I doubt that Devin Booker would either. 

Daryl Morey needs to get on the phone today and tell Kevin Durant that he has a safe haven from the James family here in Philadelphia and the perfect opportunity to join Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey to make another run at an NBA Finals championship.
