Eagles 2024 training camp reporting dates and location announced

With the 2024 season quickly approaching, NFL teams are preparing for training camp to get underway next month.

The NFL announced the reporting dates for camp on Tuesday, with Eagles veterans and rookies reporting on July 23rd at the NovaCare Complex.

The Eagles also announced the date for this year’s open practice, Thursday, August 1st at Lincoln Financial Field.

Philadelphia wrapped up OTAs last week as they begin to install the intricacies of Kellen Moore’s offense. When discussing the details of Moore’s system, QB Jalen Hurts stated it’s ‘95% new’ compared to the previous scheme.

“This whole offseason has been about learning… You get to a point where you feel comfortable with this, but that time comes when you can rep it, rep it, rep it later on, but right now it’s been a lot of new inventory — the majority of it, probably 95 percent of it being new, it’s just been that process.

And it’s been a fun process because you get to see what works for other people. The number of coaches I’ve had since I’ve been here, I’ve taken in a lot of new knowledge and new understanding.”

The Eagles will continue to get Hurts familiar with Moore’s offense when training camp kicks off in five weeks.
