CJ Gardner-Johnson respectfully Tweets he does not want Jalen Mills back on the Eagles

CJ Gardner-Johnson has never been one to shy away from speaking his mind — especially on social media.

Just about a week ago, former Eagles CB/S Jalen Mills was released by the New York Giants. As they always do, fans started speculating about a possible Mills-Eagles reunion. Mills himself even posted a story to his IG teasing a return.

Gardner-Johnson caught wind of this newfound Mills love when someone mentioned CJGJ in a Tweet about Mills, saying the Eagles should give Mills the CJ Gardner-Johnson treatment and bring him back.

Gardner-Johnson, respectfully, said, “No thanks.”

As a former Mills-truther, even I agree with CJGJ here. There’s really no room for Mills, who just turned 30 this offseason.

I’d rather have CJGJ, Reed Blankenship, Sydney Brown, or Cooper DeJean on the field over Mills. Love the guy, but his best days are behind him.
