Bryce Harper doesn’t care about Orlando Arcia, Phillies storm back to beat the Atlanta Braves 3-2
After dropping game one of three in Atlanta 3-1 on Tuesday, Bryce Harper and the Phillies stormed back from a two-run deficit to beat the Braves 3-2 on Wednesday night in a game where Orlando Arcia completely embarrassed himself…again.
Orlando Arcia stares at Bryce Harper after hitting a 2-run home run
Following the game, Bryce Harper was asked about Orlando Arcia’s antics and appropriately responding by saying that he didn’t even see it and that he could not care less because “he already did it”.
Orlando Arcia is a loser. There’s really no other way around it. This is a guy who got punk’d by Bryce Harper last season in the NLDS. The Braves lost (as favorites) for the second straight year to the Phillies.
2022: Bryce Harper hit .500 with eight hits, two home runs, 5 RBIs and four runs scored in four games against the Atlanta Braves.
2023: Bryce Harper hit .462 with six hits, three home runs, and 5 RBI to go along with 5 runs scored in four games against the Atlanta Braves.
Arcia was the clown who mocked Bryce Harper in the Braves’ clubhouse following a base running blunder that ended Game 2 of the 2023 NLDS in Atlanta.
Harper, the greatest showman to ever step foot on a baseball diamond, responded by making Arcia his baby in Game 3, going 2-for-5 with two home runs and 4 RBI while staring down the Atlanta Braves’ shortstop.
Bryce Harper ends Orlando Arcia’s career in the NLDS
Not to mention, Arcia homered last night in the fourth inning of the game that temporarily put the Braves up 2-0 before Atlanta blew that lead and lost the game 3-2.
OH and to make matters worse for Arcia and the Braves, they are still seven games back in the NL East standings and barely hanging on to the third and final Wild Card spot, leading the New York Mets (lol) by just 1.5 games and the San Francisco Giants by 3.5 games.

Orlando Arcia is batting .226 with a .630 OPS. He has 12 homers and 36 RBI on the season. He’s a career .244 hitter with a MLB OPS of .672 – that’s simply a bad baseball player.
Harper on the other hand, is batting .273 this season with a .887 OPS. He has 26 home runs and 73 RBI.
Point being, Orlando Arcia is a loser who shouldn’t be doing much of anything outside of trying to keep a starting job in Major League Baseball.
Meanwhile the Phillies are first place in the NL East, a game behind the Dodgers for the best record in the National League AND the best record in all of Major League Baseball.
Bryce Harper could not care less about Orlando Arcia, who continues to embarrass himself when the opportunity presents itself.
Atta Boy, Harper!
