Report: Eagles WR AJ Brown expected to miss multiple weeks with hamstring injury
The Eagles could be without their star receiver for the next few weeks.
WR AJ Brown missed Philadelphia’s Week 2 matchup vs. Atlanta with a hamstring injury he sustained during practice. Brown told ESPN’s Lisa Salters on Monday night he ‘expects to miss a couple of weeks’ but doesn’t consider the injury to be serious.

Head coach Nick Sirianni didn’t give a timetable when asked about the length of Brown’s expected absence.
“We’ll see. I don’t know that yet,” Sirianni said via PHLY Sports. “You know I won’t give you that information yet because I don’t know. We’ll see how that goes.”
With Brown sidelined, DeVonta Smith becomes the de facto WR1 in Kellen Moore’s offense, while Jahan Dotson and Britain Covey also saw increased usage vs. Atlanta.
Smith caught seven of ten targets on Monday night for 76 yards and a touchdown.
Jalen Hurts to DeVonta Smith for SIX.
