WATCH: Kid tries Saquon Barkley backwards hurdle, fails miserably

The only downside to the Saquon Barkley backwards hurdle we saw last weekend — every up and coming football player is going to try and pull it off. Even though it’s a near impossible feat.

Less than a week after Saquon’s highlight reel play, we’re already seeing kids try the backwards hurdle. As expected, they’re failing miserably.

The thing about the Saquon play that these kids need to understand is, it wasn’t choreographed. He just happened to be in a position to do it and instinct took over. Saquon has even admitted to that himself.

In all seriousness, someone is going to get hurt trying to do this. I think we all need to take into account that Saquon Barkley is not human, therefore, other humans shouldn’t try to emulate what he does on a football field.
