WATCH: Boise State’s Ashton Jeanty truck-stucks UNLV Defender in dominant Mountain West Conference Championship win

Ashton Jeanty is straight-up embarrassing defenders, and Friday night was just another episode in his highlight reel of dominance.

Boise State’s star running back made the Mountain West Conference championship against UNLV his personal playground, delivering a hit so brutal it might as well have been a public service announcement for life insurance.

On the first play of the second half, Jeanty met UNLV defensive back Tony Grimes head-on, and let’s just say Grimes got the wrong end of that encounter. Jeanty lowered the boom, sending Grimes flat on his back while powering ahead for extra yardage before being dragged down by two more defenders.

If that wasn’t enough, Jeanty also broke off a ridiculous 75-yard touchdown earlier in the game, proving once again why defenders should just clock out early when he’s on the field. Playing in frigid 26-degree weather in Boise, Jeanty had zero chill, torching the Rebels with 209 rushing yards as the No. 10 Broncos cruised to a 21-7 victory over No. 20 UNLV.

That win gave Boise State their second straight conference title and fourth in the last eight seasons. Jeanty, meanwhile, padded his Heisman-worthy résumé. The junior phenom now boasts a mind-boggling 2,497 rushing yards and 29 touchdowns this season, leading the Broncos to a 12-1 record and a ticket to the College Football Playoff.
