Eagles QB Jalen Hurts shows up to Week 15 matchup vs. Steelers with broken finger on non-throwing hand

Nothing worse than phantom injuries, especially when it happens to an Eagles quarterback and no one knew about it until two hours before kickoff.

As Jalen Hurts was photographed heading into The Linc, he had a splint wrapped around the ring finger on his left hand. According to multiple NFL insiders, the finger is broken.

No idea how or when this happened, and it doesn’t seem like reporters have the full context yet either. We’ll probably receive some sort of update prior to kickoff, before we get the full story following the game.

The good news — Hurts isn’t on the injury report and is a full-go today; not to mention, a broken finger on the non-throwing hand shouldn’t mess with him too much. Not ideal, but it’s manageable.

We won’t have to wait long to see if this affects Hurts negatively. Hopefully it doesn’t!
