WATCH: Jared McCain might be a rookie on the basketball court but he’s a veteran in the content game- posts TikTok from the hospital post-surgery
Well, at least this is a somewhat positive note on the Philadelphia 76ers and the rook, Jared McCain. It appears that surgery on his torn lateral meniscus in his left knee went well. Our guy is already making TikToks from the hospital.
Jared McCain LIVE on TikTok Post-Surgery:
Elite content but that’s obviously expected from the legend himself.
I’m two days in to college, and I’m three lectures behind…🎶
I mean seriously, who would have thought the entire city would go from trashing McCain on social media to now singing along while he dances on our phones? I definitely didn’t but I’m more than happy to admit I was wrong about everything.
Jared McCain is out indefinitely while he recovers from surgery. While he’s a rookie in the NBA, he’s a veteran in the content game and refuses to let this stop him from dropping TikToks. When he first went down, that was honestly my only concern. How our guy going to be pumping out TikToks while he’s on bed rest?
Turns out, McCain’s content is as versatile as his hoop game which is a great sign given the past history of Philadelphia 76ers falling victim to the injury curse.
- Joel Embiid
- Ben Simmons
- Markelle Fultz
- Zhaire Smith
While there’s a millions reasons on what’s wrong with the Philadelphia 76ers, anyone who gets drafted by this godforsaken organization goes down their rookie season. Pretty wild right?
With Embiid, we received elite tweets. Ben Simmons had “Raise The Cat” trending all over the internet. Markelle Fultz released a few good Snapchats of him drinking milk from cows utters along with a few family Christmas photos that gave everyone a good laugh.
As for Zhaire Smith? I’m not sure what he did but that could be due to the fact that a poppyseed food allergy nearly killed him, so we’ll give him a pass.
The only other player in recent memory, although not a rookie, would have to be Kelly Oubre Jr, who gave us a ton of content by getting hit by a car somewhere in Philadelphia that he couldn’t name or prove because he “just moved here” – so I guess we’ll throw that in the ring along with Andrew Bynum’s bowling accident because why not?
Sheesh. What a life, Sixers fans. What. A. Life. We all deserve a round of applause.
