DeVonta Smith ends 2024 with engagement to longtime girlfriend
DeVonta Smith had a week to remember. Not only did he have his best game of the year in an absolute demolition of the Dallas Cowboys last Sunday, but he capped off 2024 by getting engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Mya Danielle.
Smitty was unstoppable on Sunday, torching the Cowboys’ secondary with six catches for 120 yards and two touchdowns. His performance was a key part of the Eagles’ 41-7 victory, pushing their record to an impressive 13-3 while clinching the NFC East in the process.

Smith continued his masterclass-of-a-week on New Year’s Eve by getting engaged and Danielle announced it on social media by sharing photos from the proposal.
The couple has been public with their relationship since mid-2023. They welcomed their first child, daughter Kyse, later that year, and just last week, Danielle revealed that they’re expecting baby number two.
Talk about starting 2025 on a high note. Stoked for our guy Smitty to put a ring on the love of his life’s finger. Hopefully the next ring is coming in early-February when the Eagles win their second Super Bowl in franchise history.
