WATCH: Hollywood Brown may have been stoned in video announcing he’s re-signing with Chiefs

It’s the NFL offseason, which means some players — including Hollywood Brown — are probably indulging in some extra curricular activities (AKA smoking weed).

A lot of players around the league smoke and it’s been pretty well documented. You’ll never hear them talk about while they’re in the NFL — for obvious reasons — but once they retire, they love to yap about it.

Insert Hollywood Brown, who just re-signed with the Kansas City Chiefs. Typically when a player re-signs, the team’s social media department will have said player do a quick video announcing their return.

Brown may or may not have known he was about to be on video when he came to the building to sign the contract, because he showed up high as a kite (allegedly)

The glaze over his eyes, the swaying back and forth, the awkward half smile at the end. All the signs are there.

Maybe he wasn’t actually stoned, but as a former stoner, I’m fairly certain Hollywood Brown was fried.
