WATCH: Samson Nacua slaps fan after Michigan Panthers game

It’s not often you see a player walk off the field and deliver a real-life open-hand slap to a fan, but here we are — Samson Nacua made it happen Saturday night in St. Louis.

Following the Michigan Panthers’ loss to the Battlehawks, video surfaced showing Samson Nacua, brother of Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, getting into it with a fan seated in the front row. After some words were exchanged, Nacua calmly reached up and slapped the fan in the face before casually walking away like nothing happened. Panthers cornerback Adonis Alexander found the whole thing hilarious, pointing at the fan and laughing before team personnel pulled him back toward the bench.

The fan didn’t appear to be hurt, and the UFL quickly put out a statement saying they are investigating the incident. Safe to say some type of fine or suspension is probably on the way for Samson Nacua.

For those unfamiliar, Samson Nacua is in his second season with the Michigan Panthers. He spent last year with the USFL’s Pittsburgh Maulers and had brief stints with the Colts and Saints, though he’s never logged a snap in a regular-season NFL game.

It’s been a wild ride already in the UFL this season, and thanks to Samson Nacua, it just got a little crazier.
