Eagles Schedule Release Mentions

Here’s every Eagles mention from NFL team’s schedule release videos, ranked and roasted

The NFL officially dropped it’s full 2025 schedule this week. Football fans were excited, obviously, but here in Philadelphia, our World Champion fanbase has been busy looking at the best away games to catch, while taking notes on every time our Eagles were mentioned in another team’s release video.

Enemy Territory: Official Trip Planning Guide for Eagles Away Games in 2025

As always, the Eagles crushed their own schedule release video. It was all class and honestly, perfect. Just a trophy and the details. Can’t ask for much else.

2025: An Eagles Schedule Release

That’s just a quick reminder from the Eagles that they are better than whatever nonsense other NFL team’s were putting out. Instead of actually being creative or funny, the other videos were riddled with a bunch of cornball shit that here in Philly, we could honestly care less about.

Every team on the schedule mentioned the Eagles. None of them however, got the reaction they were hoping for from Eagles fans. Crossing Broad made it easy on us with a fancy Twitter thread collecting them all, so let’s break em down and rank each one.

Dallas Cowboys

I’m not even going to waste time figuring out which Cowboys player was responsible for the absolute disgrace of an Eagle impression in their schedule video. Whoever it was should be fined for violating the Geneva Convention with that screech. It sounded more like a dying car battery than a bald eagle.

On top of that, they had the nerve to show a stuffed Eagle laying lifeless on the ground at a golf course, like this was some kind of victory lap. The Cowboys haven’t won anything meaningful in my 26 years on this planet. Let’s relax.

Kansas City Chiefs…

The Chiefs schedule release involved some random taxi cab bit that didn’t really land — much like Kadarius Toney’s hands. Then came the Minecraft segment. Look, maybe this hits for the 9-year-old demographic, but for the rest of us, it just looked like a cry for help. Eagles will beat them again anyway. Maybe their social team should spend less time mining blocks and more time figuring out how to stop Saquon Barkley.

Los Angeles Rams

Jared Verse once again used his schedule video opportunity to send shots at the Eagles. At this point, the guy might as well be paying taxes in Philadelphia. Not a single other fanbase is living in his head like the Birds. Don’t worry, Jared. We’ll send you a Super Bowl LIX championship hoodie after Week 3.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This one hurt. Jon Gruden narrated the Bucs schedule release, and when it came to the Eagles game, he started reminiscing about all the times Tampa broke our hearts. The 2002 NFC Championship Game. Rondé Barber. The Vet’s final game. It was brutal. That said, Gruden did call this the Bucs’ “Game of the Year,” which is obviously true. The Eagles are the standard, and even opposing coaches know it. We love Gruden here at The Liberty Line, but Jon…you didn’t have to do us like that.

Denver Broncos…?

Denver. The State. Gorgeous! If you don’t know the reference, I can’t help you. If you have no idea what the sheep video and reference to the Eagles means in the Broncos video above, then I think we’re all on the same page. Must be a Colorado thing? Who knows what goes on but whatever it was supposed to be, it certainly wasn’t.

New York Giants

I’m surprised the Giants even made a video. I would be too embarrassed. Poverty franchise that plays in North Jersey and has a fanbase that’s infested with New York scum, yet they want to try to make fun of Eagles fans?

Yeah…okay. Thanks for Saquon. Good luck this year.

Minnesota Vikings

Eagles Schedule Release Mentions

Talk about a lazy video…or picture…or reference. Whatever. All the Vikings showed was a tattoo of an eagle? Swing and miss. The most important game ever played at the Minnesota Vikings stadium was when Nick Foles beat Tom Brady in Super Bowl LII.

Sit down.

Dallas Cowboys (Again)

Honestly, didn’t hate the impression this time around but the Dallas Cowboys have fallen to No. 3 in the NFC East and haven’t won a damn thing since the early 1990s so who really cares, right?

Los Angeles Charges

Los Angeles Chargers, Rams, any team playing in SoFi Stadium. No fans. No creativity. Mentioned Paul George and Podcast P. Same guy Philadelphia mocks. Cool? No one hates the Sixers more than Sixers fans. Nice try.

Kansas City Chiefs – Minecraft

Here come the Chiefs…lol. Listen, when the Philadelphia Eagles end your dynasty and embarrass you in the Super Bowl, the next logical step is try to find the youngest fans possible and get them on board by using a Minecraft reference. The current fanbase is in complete shambles so they are attempting to start new here. Unfortunately, it’s corny and no grown adult gives a shit.

Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders haven’t been relevant since they left Oakland…or Los Angeles? Who knows. Pretty harmless video. They stand no chance against the Eagles and it appears they know that already.

Washington Commanders

Listen, I love Rollercoaster Tycoon. Let’s leave it at that. We dog walked these fools in the NFC Championship Game. End of story.

Buffalo Bills

They tried to do something here with Allen Iverson but real Philly fans won’t even question our guy in a Bills video. Allen Iverson has always worn and done whatever he wants. Creative for sure, but ultimately just another swing and miss from Bills Mafia. Win in the playoffs and then we’ll revisit.
