Trea Turner and Bryce Harper have the Phillies are rolling in Colorado and the Rockies are just trying to survive.
Philadelphia hammered Colorado for the third straight night, picking up a 9-5 win on Wednesday at Coors Field for their sixth straight victory.
The Phillies are now 31-18, back atop the NL East, while the Rockies are a league-worst 8-41 and have lost 16 of their last 18.
Trea Turner and Bryce Harper broke the game open in the third with back-to-back moonshots:
- Turner: 424 feet, 103.8 MPH exit velo, 33° launch angle
- Harper: 437 feet, 108.0 MPH exit velo, 24° launch angle
The bombs capped off a four-run third inning that gave the Phillies a 5-3 lead they wouldn’t relinquish.

Trea Turner is scorching hot.
Over his last 30 games, Trea Turner is hitting .357 with 45 hits, 14 RBI, and seven stolen bases.
Bryce Harper, meanwhile, has been just as dangerous lately — batting .389 over his last 15 games with 14 RBI and a .611 slugging percentage.
JT Realmuto launched his fifth homer of the season and finished with three hits and three RBI. Nick Castellanos added two more knocks as the Phillies piled up 12 hits — after tallying 17 in each of the previous two games.

Taijuan Walker (2-3) wasn’t dominant but gave the Phillies five serviceable innings in his return to the rotation. He allowed three runs on six hits and two walks. The Rockies got to him early, but the offense quickly erased the deficit.
Rookie lefty Carson Palmquist (0-2) took the loss for Colorado, giving up seven runs (six earned) on 10 hits in just 4.1 innings.
The Phillies now have 46 hits through the first three games of the series. That’s not a typo. They’ve outscored the Rockies 25-12.
Ranger Suárez (2-0, 5.09 ERA) gets the ball Thursday as the Phillies look to complete the four-game sweep. German Márquez (1-6, 8.78 ERA) goes for Colorado. Buckle up.
