WATCH: John Kruk calls the Phillie Phanatic drunk, wants the mascot’s butt out of his face
Hell of a title, right? Well, NBC Sports Philadelphia has tonight’s broadcast crew out in the stands for the Phillies game against the Chicago Cubs at Citizens Bank Park.
John Kruk calls Phillie Phanatic drunk, doesn’t want the mascot’s ass in his face:
Obviously, John Kruk is just dishing out some high quality content while yucking it up in the stands with fans and his old pal T-Mac.
The Phillies are currently leading the Cubs 4-3 in the bottom of the fifth inning. Mick Abel wasn’t as sharp as we’ve seen over his last two starts, but he’s battling through it.
Abel’s night ended after four innings pitched. He allowed six hits and three earned runs, striking out three and walking three. All runs came on solo home runs.
Mick Abel working through it…
Max Kepler got the Phillies on the board in the bottom of the second with a two-run shot and Alec Bohm put them ahead with a 2-RBI single in the bottom of the fifth.
