WATCH: Career-loser with no rings, David Wright, complains about Philly sports in pointless SNY documentary
For whatever bizarre, sad reason, SNY is making a documentary on David Wright called The Wright Way which will premiere on Thursday, July 17th.
In a clip posted on social media, SNY says that Wright made it a point to exchange pleasantries with every team on the field…except the Phillies.
“I’m not rooting for anything from Philadelphia, no matter what sport.”
Career-Loser with No Rings David Wright hates Philadelphia
Cool, David Wright. Go Fuck Yourself, Bud.
Does anyone know why SNY is making a documentary called The Wright Way when Wright has literally done nothing right throughout his entire MLB career?
For a guy with no rings and one division title, it seems odd to celebrate a career-loser like David Wright.
In fact, the New York Mets have won the NL East twice in the last 25 years. Two times. David Wright was there for one of them and only appeared in roughly 30 games (2015) for the other.
That leads me to believe that Wright wants to be Chase Utley.
Yes, I know they are different positions but my point still stands. Chase Utley absolutely hates the Mets and rightfully so. Now David Wright is trying to join him and basically say “I hate the Phillies too!” but again, that doesn’t work because he has a career-loser.
David Wright’s prime with the Mets is non-existent because the Philadelphia Phillies owned the NL East.
After the Atlanta Braves won the division from 1995-2005, the New York Mets snagged a title in 2006 before The Fightins took over from 2007-2011. Those years in South Philly, included two trips to the World Series and one ring.
Here I am wondering why the fuck anyone would give a shit what David Wright has to say and why on earth the Mets would create a documentary for someone who hasn’t won a damn thing worth noting during his entire MLB career.
Go figure.
