WATCH: Bryce Harper hits a nuke for No. 350 as Phillies jump all over the Red Sox early
Bryce Harper has always had a flair for the dramatic. On Wednesday night at Citizens Bank Park, he delivered another milestone moment and it only took one pitch.
One pitch after Kyle Schwarber launched his 33rd home run of the season to give the Phillies a 2-0 lead, Bryce Harper stepped in and absolutely crushed a Lucas Giolito offering into the second deck in right field. It traveled 439 feet and left no doubt. That moonshot was the 350th home run of Harper’s career.
Schwarbomb:
Bryce Harper Career No. 350
It’s a huge number and one that puts Bryce Harper in elite company. He now ranks eighth among active players in career home runs. He’s just one behind Aaron Judge and well within striking distance of Giancarlo Stanton’s 434 at the top of the list.

Bryce Harper hit No. 300 back in August 2023 against the Angels. Since then, a shortened 2020 season and a few injury setbacks, including a recent wrist issue that cost him most of June, have slowed his home run pace. Sitting at 350 in your age-32 season with six years left on your deal is still ahead of schedule for a guy many expect to hit 500.
Even better, he did it in front of a packed house in South Philly and helped the Phillies jump all over the Red Sox early.
They call him “The Showman” for a reason. And with this latest bomb, Harper just gave Phillies fans another moment to remember in what could be a very special season.
