Chase Utley The Slide Ruben Tejada New York Mets Pardon My Take

WATCH: Crybaby Mets fan embarrasses himself by asking Chase Utley about ‘the slide’ into Ruben Tejada

Chase Utley hopped on Pardon My Take and had to listen to some unintelligent New York Mets fan question him about ‘the slide’ where Ruben Tejada broke his leg.

First things first. Mets fans are the worst. The New York has won the NL East twice in the last 25 years. Two times. Anything they say is completely irrelevant and this Mets fan is just the latest example of how stupid their pathetic, lonely fanbase truly is.

This isn’t a fanbase that should be talking about anything and the fact that Pardon My Take even allowed one of their little minions to ask Chase Utley such a stupid question is grounds for cancellation of the entire show.

Asking Chase Utley if he regrets playing good baseball and grinding it out on the base paths might be the dumbest shit I have ever heard in my life.

You could see it on Utley’s face. He was thinking the same thing too. You can tell how annoyed he is when he repeats back the first question on why he “did it” and questions what that was even in reference to.

Chase Utley: Why did I do what?

The Chase Utley Slide:

Chase Utley is a baseball player. We’re talking 1980s and 1990s baseball when men were men. Of course he was going to slide in Tejada’s direction to try to break up the play.

The problem is that Ruben Tejada didn’t fucking move and got his legs blown off. He was supposed to be airborne, knowing that Utley was barreling into second base.

This was and has always been Ruben Tejada’s fault.

Chase Utley Slide

It’s a bang-bang play on the base paths. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Mets fans however, can’t get over it but no one in Philly, or Chase Utley gives a shit.
