3 things Taylor Swift must address on the New Heights Podcast
I’m sure you’ve heard by now, Taylor Swift is going to be on the New Heights podcast this week with Jason and Travis Kelce. White women everywhere are shitting themselves over this, both figuratively and literally.
I don’t like Taylor Swift, obviously. So as a non-Swiftie, I have some poignant questions for the pop star that I believe need to be asked on this upcoming episode. Jason Kelce, as much as I love him, is a bit of a sell-out now so I don’t think he’ll ask her anything noteworthy. The guy dyed his beard for this interview — he’s just trying to look good on camera while the flock of white women tune in. I see you, Jason.
Question 1: Is the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce relationship just a PR stunt?
Honestly, this is the only question I deeply care about. I don’t follow Taylor and Travis’ life every step of the way — I have my own life to live. But from an outsiders perspective, it really seems like this whole thing is just for PR.
For starters, this whole podcast appearance is being manufactured so Taylor Swift can announce her new album. That’s what all the promo is focused on. Of course, that’s all her fans really care about. So in that sense, I get it.
Secondly, Both Travis and Jason have seen a massive increase in recognition since Taylor has come into the picture. Every time I see Travis and Taylor interact, it looks fake. These are just two actors acting. It’s a solid act, for people who don’t think.
Question 2: Why did you act surprised when Eagles fans booed you at the Super Bowl?
C’mon Taylor. Did you really think Eagles fans were going to cheer for you at the Super Bowl whilst wearing Chiefs gear while simultaneously acting like you’re an Eagles fan? I get it, you can do no wrong in the eyes of your fans. You could shoot a baby on live television and Swifties would still defend you.
Anyone who says they’re an Eagles fan for clout is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such. You had it coming.
Question 3: Are you ever going to hold your cult-like fanbase accountable?
Taylor Swift has built an empire on the backs of some of the most unhinged, self-delusional fans on the planet, and she’s done absolutely nothing to rein them in.
These women will cancel real-life plans for a countdown clock, spread disinformation to “protect” her album leaks, harass and dox anyone who dares to criticize her, and concoct conspiracy theories about her sexuality like they’re solving the JFK assassination — all while she sits back, cashes the checks, and lets it happen.
The deepfake scandal? She lets hashtags do the work instead of using her platform to push for actual accountability. This isn’t fandom; it’s cult behavior, and Taylor Swift benefits from it without ever taking responsibility. She’s essentially weaponized an army of terminally online white women who treat her like a deity, and the silence from the top only proves she’s fine with it — because the insanity keeps her name trending.
Will any of these questions actually get asked? No shot. But if Jason has any ounce of dignity left, he’ll do what must be done.
