The internet is furious that Cracker Barrel updated their logo for the first time in 47 years
For the first time in 47 years, Cracker Barrel updated their logo and the entire internet spent the day being completely pissed off about it.
Cracker Barrel has updated their logo for the first time in 47 years
I should start by saying that I really don’t give a shit about a company’s branding decisions. The update is obviously bad. The new logo is trash compared to the old one and everyone on social media absolutely hates it.
The internet was also quick to point out the person who took the Cracker and Barrel out of the logo. Yes, that was a cheap joke but credit to me, it was original compared to the rest of the nonsense being talked about in terms of the rebrand.
The New Cracker Barrel
How much of that is true? I have no idea.
Again, I literally don’t give a shit. I do agree that we all live in a Clown World, in a general sense, and politics aside, the new branding sucks.
Cracker Barrel was supposed to have that country store vibe and now it looks like minimalist garbage that’s trying to turn themselves more into a fast food joint than soul food.
Also, apparently Black Rock has their greasy paws all over Cracker Barrel. I don’t know much about them either but there are far too many videos and posts about them being complete pieces of shit to not mention them as a main reason.
Cracker Barrel stock is plummeting now
So who’s the new CEO causing this branding ruckus?
I bet if I asked you to describe the new CEO behind the madness, you would have probably told me it was someone who looks exactly like… the new Cracker Barrel CEO.
Relax. It’s not that there’s anything wrong with looking like that, but it’s clear that there’s a trend in style when it comes to “that side” of the political spectrum, right?
Say hello to the new CEO of Cracker Barrel
People are really mad at this woman lol
My Thoughts: This seems like bad business…
For whatever reason, the company has decided to go against their entire customer base and join the woke movement and push a certain agenda. The entire ordeal is Bud Light all over again and this company doesn’t have Shane Gillis to bail them out.
The more I search about Cracker Barrel, the more I seem to learn about what’s happening within major companies at America.
Did you know that Land O Lakes removed the Indian from their packaging?
The changed the butter, now they changed Cracker Barrel
People care too much… just stay off the internet
I certainly did not because I literally do not give a shit what a butter brand thinks is politically correct or not.
More people need to just ignore this type of shit if they’re not into it and stay off the internet. That way, they won’t be so bothered when a company decides to flip the script on them.
General Consensus: Cracker Barrel didn’t just lose its logo, it lost its soul.
Regardless of what I think, I’m pretty sure in my 10 minutes of research, here’s where the majority of the internet stands on Cracker Barrel’s new branding…
Under a CEO more obsessed with DEI quotas than country charm, Cracker Barrel decided to scrub the iconic logo, remodeled 70+ stores into sterile, showroom knockoffs, pledged $700 million to erase every trace of what customers say made the establishment “feel like home” and according to a civil rights complaint, they’re openly discriminating against white employees.
Say whatever you want, but that certainly doesn’t sound like modernization. In fact, it sounds much more like the next step in exterminating any sense of Americana within the company.
