Kyle Schwarber reaches career high RBI mark with 6 weeks left to play

The summer of Kyle Schwarber continues. The big fella reached a RBI career high today against the Seattle Mariners with six weeks left in the regular season.

Kyle Schwarber is now at 109 RBI on the year. It’s a career-high mark that leads all of Major League Baeball with 35 games left to play.

Kyle Schwarber has officially set a new personal bar and there’s still plenty of season left to pile on.

For context: Schwarbs hit 104 RBI in each of the last two seasons (2023 and 2024) and drove in 94 during his first year in Philly. Before that, his personal best was 92 with the Cubs in 2019. Also, not to be forgotten, Kyle Schwarber sits at 45 homers, just one shy of topping the 46 he crushed back in 2022.

Kyle Schwarber 105th RBI – New Career High

The Kyle Schwarber Guest List:

Right behind Schwarber in the RBI race:

  • Cal Raleigh – 102
  • Pete Alonso – 100

Last year Aaron Judge finished with 144 RBI, and Matt Olson had 139 the year before. If Schwarber wants to take the MLB crown, he’ll likely need somewhere in the 140–145 range. That means another 35–40 RBIs down the stretch.

It’s definitely doable. Schwarber will need one more heater down the stretch paired with a little luck that Cal Raleigh or Pete Alonso don’t go nuclear in September but I’m still comfortable in believing that he will get the job done.

Kyle Schwarber HR No. 45!!

For years, Schwarber has been labeled as an “all-or-nothing” hitter. That’s not really the case in 2025. He’s been one of the most consistent run producers in the game since arriving in Philadelphia. Now, with six weeks left, he’s got a shot to finish at the very top of the RBI leaderboard.

If that happens, it’s not just a career year for Schwarber, it’s another chapter in his Phillies legacy.
