Dylan Raiola says he “can’t help” Mahomes comparisons while cosplaying as him

I honestly hope Dylan Raiola gets the help he needs, because there’s clearly something off upstairs.

The Nebraska quarterback — best known for his full-time Patrick Mahomes cosplay — told CBS Sports he just can’t help the comparisons. His actual quote: “I can’t get mad at God for making me look like him.” (???)

Dylan Raiola is the biggest cuck in college football

He’s right — it’s not his fault he’s rocking the same haircut, the same facial hair, the same sunglasses, dresses the same way, runs the same pregame routine, and even wears the same number. That’s just God’s work. Exactly how our good lord intended it.

This is, without question, one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen. Put yourself in Dylan Raiola’s shoes for a second: you’re a 20-year-old college kid who wakes up every morning, showers, does your hair, picks out your clothes — all with the sole intention of mimicking another man. That’s cute when you’re five. By the time you hit 16 or 17, it’s time to drop the act and figure out who you are.

But in today’s world — where anything that gets social media clicks is treated like actual value — being yourself apparently isn’t enough. And if the only thing you’ve got going for you is pretending to be somebody else? That’s not just sad, it’s flat-out weird. I don’t know how else to put it.

And it has to be exhausting. Waking up every day trying to live as someone you’re not sounds miserable.

Look, I don’t know the kid personally. Maybe he’s a nice guy. But this whole Mahomes cosplay is bizarre and deserves to be called out. Honestly, bullying Dylan Raiola into being himself might be the only way to save him.
