Legend: Lee Corso signs off College Gameday with a perfect 4-for-4 in his final picks

Lee Corso hosted College Gameday for the final time on Saturday and went out with a a bang.

Not only did every team he coach/play for throughout his care get a W, he also went a perfect four-for-four with his picks on the day.

First, he went with Ohio State over Texas — knowing damn well Arch Manning actually sucks ass and was not ready for the OSU defense. Then, he picked the biggest upset of the day, Florida State over Alabama, which was laughed at all over Twitter at the time of the pick. Fast forward three hours, and Lee Corso looked like Nostradamus. FSU dominated Bama from start to finish.

Corso finished the day by taking LSU over Clemson and Tennessee over Syracuse.

It doesn’t get any better than that.

I’m not the biggest college football guy, I’ve always leaned NFL. But I can’t deny that his last broadcast as a College Gameday host was electric. I don’t know if anyone will ever be able to recapture what he brought to the roundtable ever again.
