“If You Were Faster, You Would Have It” – Millionaire CEO at the US Open who stole a kids hat is not sorry one bit

NEW: Tennis star Kamil Majchrzak is looking for a young boy who had a hat snatched from him by a grown man at the US Open.

Majchrzak was seen trying to hand the boy his hat when a grown man took it and stashed it in a bag.

During a US Open match, tennis player Kamil Majchrzak tossed his hat into the crowd, clearly aiming for a kid. The adult man in a blue cap who decided he was still mentally seven years old and lunged forward, snatching it right out of the kid’s hands on live TV.

The clip above spread everywhere. Thankfully, Kamil Majchrzak tracked the kid down afterward and set up a meet-and-greet to make it right. Great guy move.

The man who stole the hat is a true supervillain. Turns out it wasn’t just some random fan. It was Piotr Szczerek, a millionaire CEO from Poland and instead of apologizing like 99.9% of normal humans would do, Szczerek doubled down.

“Yes, I took it. Yes, I did it quickly. But as I’ve always said, life is first come, first served… If you were faster, you would have it,” Szczerek said, before threatening legal action against anyone who insults him online.

We’re talking about a grown man stealing a free hat from a child at the US Open and then trying to spin it as some kind of cutthroat business lesson.

Okay so obviously, this dude sucks. That being said, what a diabolical response. It’s so horrible that I almost love him for it. Piotr Szczerek is public enemy number one right now. He’s getting dragged all over the internet.

He literally ripped that hat right from the kids’ hands, at the US Open, live on TV, yet he wants to double-down, release a statement like that, and then threaten legal action against anyone who says different?

Unfortunately, my cold, dark heart won’t stop the internet uprising against him.

His company, Drogbruk, is getting review-bombed, his name is plastered everywhere, and he’s becoming the kind of viral villain you almost respect for leaning all the way in.
