Only in college football do you get something this dumb, this chaotic, and this absolutely perfect. A Missouri fan had the chance to win $25,000 by drilling a 45-yard field goal during the Border War matchup against Kansas.

That amount of money might not seem like a lot but for a college student it’s basically life-changing money. Instead of taking advantage of the opportunity, this fan went a different route. He took the football, wound up, and booted it directly toward the Kansas sideline, revealing “Fuck KU” painted across his chest.

Honestly, I respect the move

Did that Mizzou fan actually have a chance of drilling a 45-yarder? Absolutely not. If he did, he would be putting on pads and not be participating in some stupid contest.

No reason to pretend it was going to go through the uprights. Instead, just rip your shirt off, tell your rival Kansas to fuck off, and rally the crowd and your team in the middle of a heated football game.

Whoa. This just happened. At 2:00 timeout here at Mizzou, a guy had a chance to kick a 45-yard FG for $25,000. Instead, he lifts up his shirt, and painted on his chest is an, um, message for KU. Then he kicks the ball TOWARD the KU sideline and lifts shirt again.

This is exactly what separates college football from the NFL. The league trots out Mr. Beast to hand out YouTube clout and plants fake super fans in the crowd.

College football gives you some random Mizzou fan in body paint using his one shot at glory to threaten an entire sideline.
