Missouri State JMU Field View Urinals

Missouri State and JMU go viral for their stadium’s field view urinals for the boys

Missouri State and JMU are making waves in the national media, but not for the reason you might think.

Have you ever wondered why, throughout all of the architectural developments made in America over the past several decades, it’s always like bathrooms are left off the list? I’ll save you some thinking. If you say no, then you’re a liar. I know that because there’s no reason to click on this post to check out what’s happening at Missouri State University and JMU unless you have a truly curious mind.

Photos shared by the College Football Campus Tour social media accounts on Thursday garnered thousands of likes, reposts, and reactions, with fans rightfully praising the convenience of the men’s bathrooms at both universities. Let’s take a look.

Big fan of this. There’s nothing quite like rocking a piss in a unique bathroom setup. Sometimes the toilets are architecturally quirky, other times the sinks look closer to a Japanese zen garden than something to wash your hands with.

But a urinal with a view? If that doesn’t get you hyped to take a leak, then I don’t know what will.

There’s a bar down in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, that has urinals lined up against a wall and a one-way mirror that looks out over the dance floor, right behind the DJ.

There’s something about it that feels so wrong to be pissing out 15 High Noons while watching a DJ spin the tables and a bunch of Southern belles dancing around to the latest Morgan Wallen song.

Unfortunately, and people might not like this, but that’s also why it feels so right. You can’t even call me a creep because of it. I certainly did not design the bathroom; I’m just following instructions and using the facilities provided.

I do wonder how the DJ feels. Does he realize there’s a bunch of piss drunk men staring at him, only three feet behind him at most? Sure, I bet most eyes are wandering right past him to the dance floor, but there’s still peripheral contact that would make any straight man uncomfortable.

Anyways, that’s just my experience. As for the bathrooms at JMU and Missouri State, these are obviously the top two facilities in all of College Football. I would like to see more NIL money focused on bettering the fans’ piss experience during games.

I will say that JMU looks significantly better. It was almost designed to be able to go to the bathroom while watching the game. Missouri State? Not quite. That looks more like they had to put a bathroom there rather than a nice perk in the fan experience. Those windows are in need of a major upgrade, regardless of whether or not it was raining outside.

Either way, good stuff. This is the type of shit I want to see viral on social media. Far too many times, I’ve opened up Twitter and seen some of the most ridiculous propaganda imaginable. Let’s focus on urinals and football so everyone else can calm down and stop yelling at The Liberty Line, and me specifically.
