Packers fans are calling for Malik Willis to start the second half against the Eagles after a miserable performance from Jordan Love
Jordan Love completed six of 10 passes for 39 yards in the first half against the Eagles on Monday Night Football. He was sacked three times and “carried” the ball four times for 23 yards and a fumble.
Honestly, both teams looked flat throughout the first half and Jalen Hurts didn’t put up much better numbers than Jordan Love, but that hasn’t stopped Packers’ backup quarterback Malik Willis from trending on Twitter.
Packers fans are calling for Malik Willis to start the second half because they have seen enough of Jordan Love.
It’s honestly refreshing to watch another fanbase go to such dark places with their football team. I guess that’s what happens when you lose at home to the Carolina Panthers and then start the first half against the Birds looking more like that than a Super Bowl contender.
Worth noting that Malik Willis has a passer rating of 124.8 with 550 yards and 3 touchdowns and no interceptions in 8 games for the Packers in his career.
I haven’t seen Eagles fans calling for Tanner McKee (yet) tonight but I’m sure we’ll get there soon enough… once they get finished ripping Kevin Patullo to shreds.
